Postage is FREE when you order 2 or more pairs.
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. All orders placed before 10:30am AEST will be shipped same day**

Have 60 days to wear them around and, if you don’t love them, simply return them and we’ll give you a product refund less the return postage cost.
We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.
We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

These are the BEST flip flops i have owned. I have 2 pairs and plan on getting more. I wear 6.5 to 7 in shoes, and i buy a Women's 7. Make sure when you buy, you get the women's size not the men's. i accidently bought a man's 7, but i sent a message to them to change it, and they were so wonderful, they changed it right away. BEST customer service.
