Christmas Delivery Times

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed at the start of the week. Our warehouse is in Melbourne and follows all Melbourne Public Holidays. 

Please note: During peak periods (major promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer.  

Shipping Options  

• Standard Shipping: $7.95 or free on orders over $70. Typically delivered within 2 – 8 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: $15 or free on orders over $150. Typically delivered within 2 – 5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location, and during peak seasons, our couriers may experience delays. We recommend choosing Express Shipping if you need your order urgently or are planning to travel.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
