Order Changes

If you need to change your order, please contact us at customer support right away. If Live Chat is available at that time, this will be the quickest way to contact us. 

You can also reach us via DM on Facebook or Instagram or submit a request

If we are able to catch your order before it’s processed by the warehouse, our team will be able to change it for you. If it has already been processed, we will no longer be able to change it but we will do our best to resolve the situation for you.

If we’re unable to change your order, we have a few options for you:

1. Quick Switch — Place a new order and send the original order back

This option will be super quick and we’ll even give you a pre-paid shipping label to return your original order to us for a refund. 

2. Follow the usual exchange process

We offer 100% free exchanges so if you’re happy to wait for your order to arrive, you’ll then be able to exchange it for free. The easiest way to do this is to use our online returns portal.
