Archies Flip Flop sizing runs very true to normal running shoe size, we suggest selecting that for your size.

Narrow feet: We recommend that you size down.

At our practice we also fit custom made orthotics and we were constantly telling our patients to stay away from traditional thongs as they provided no support and would only exacerbate their symptoms and that they should stick wearing their shoes and orthotics.
